Kate Cook
Director of Marketing & Social Media
With over 10 years of experience as an events and marketing professional, Kate uses her problem solving, creativity and communication skills to help brands create better customer relationships through social media and content marketing. Kate’s passion for visual storytelling allows her to focus her talents on creating significant branding effectiveness for customers through content development and social strategy.
Kate earned a B.S in Hospitality & Tourism Management with Event Management minor from UMass Amherst. In her free time, you can find her at a concert, hiking with her rescue pups or snowboarding in her home state of Vermont.

Randy Thomas
Director of Production
Randy has had a long career in event production going back to 1978, when he first worked for the Hartman Theatre Company in Stamford CT. Randy started as the assistant technical director, and quickly moved into the Technical Director position. He worked in that position for 5 years and then went on to open a scenery shop (MultiFab Inc.), building sets for Broadway, Off Broadway and Regional theatre companies. After several years of running MultiFab, Randy became Technical Director of the Production and Facilities of The Palace Theatre in Stamford CT where he has worked since 1991. Randy has served as the Business Representative for IATSE Local 133. In 1999, Randy Thomas Event Management Inc. was formed. As owner of RTEM Randy organizes and facilitates production for the Alive @ 5 Concert Series, Wednesday Night Live and The Levitt Pavilion in Westport CT, as well as, many other private and public events.

Frank Gaffney
Creative Consultant
Frank has spent a life time in the theatre, producing, directing, acting. He has owned and managed his own theatre company in CT.
Frank has worked for 20th Century Fox and Danny Burstein at Queens College in NY. His careers spans live events and theatre.
Frank is one of the most creative people I have ever met and one of the most fun people you will ever work with!
Tom Barcello
Security Advisor
Captain Tom Barcello is a 32-year veteran of the Stamford Police Department. He is currently in charge of the Patrol Division, Headquarters Division, and Special Events. Captain Barcello is well trained in emergency management, having received a certificate in Special Events Incident Management. He enjoys his bike and jet skis!
Fun Note: Lynne and Tom like to end an event with a good bottle of red wine together!
